I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were simply breathtaking and felt luxurious with beautiful furnishings and details. The balcony provided an amazing view. However, I did find the bathroom a bit on the small side.

The rooms were beautiful and quite large, modern, and felt luxurious with great furnishings and nice details like lights in the wardrobe and fresh fruit in the fruit bowl. The balcony and view were amazing!

The service was exceptional, very accommodating, and the staff were extremely nice. They even prepared something for me despite my late arrival. However, I did have a minor issue when a waitress shrugged her shoulders and didn't assist with my query.

The location was stunning, nestled at the bottom of a valley in the Black Forest. It was peaceful with no noise, and being close to the Black Forest and directly linked to the thermal complex made it even more convenient.

The dining experience was excellent and varied. The food was superb, and the selection provided all you could wish for. The dinner menu had a great variety of local and international dishes that kept my taste buds excited. Just delightful!
